BALTAS TILTAS FOOD HALL is a vibrant food hall in Vilnius, featuring nine different restaurants, an open bar, and a coffee station. It brings together a wide variety of culinary experiences, from fresh seafood and grilled meats to exotic WOK dishes, bao buns, and classic comfort foods. The food hall also offers a dynamic space where Vilnius' cultural, sports, leisure, and culinary scenes intersect. It's a place for coffee dates, celebrations, and lively social gatherings, making it a cornerstone of the city’s summer activities.

 


 

Challenges Faced Before Implementation

Before collaborating with Caesar7, BALTAS TILTAS FOOD HALL faced significant operational challenges. The client had no unified online presence, and each of the nine restaurants operated separately with its own point-of-sale (POS) system. This disjointed approach created several critical issues:
