Project Overview

The „Noriu“ discount card is a loyalty program designed for the patrons of the „Charlie Pizza“, „Katpėdėlė“, and „La Crêpe“ restaurant chains, all part of the Amber Food Group (AFG), one of the largest and most beloved restaurant groups in Lithuania. With over 65 restaurants across major cities in Lithuania, AFG is known for its wide range of brands representing popular world cuisines. The group prides itself on its commitment to hospitality, backed by a team of over 1,500 professionals.

 


 

Challenges

Before the development of the „Noriu“ card project, the management of discount cards was entirely offline. Customers had to visit physical locations to activate their cards, check their validity, or update their information. This approach was time-consuming and inconvenient for customers and placed a significant administrative burden on restaurant staff. The lack of an online system meant customers were less likely to take full advantage of the loyalty program, and the process was prone to errors and inefficiencies.

 


 

Our Solution

To address these challenges, we developed a fully customized project tailored to the specific needs of AFGs „Noriu“ discount card. The project was built using the CZAR7® e-commerce system, which we personalized to match Amber Food Group’s unique style and branding.

 


 

Key Features Implemented

  1. Custom Website Design: We created a pixel-perfect website design with smooth animations and transitions that reflect the brand's identity.
  2. Discount Card Activation Form: Customers can now easily activate their „Noriu“ cards online.
  3. Card Data Update Form: Users can update their card information through an intuitive online form, ensuring their details are always current.
  4. Card Validity Check: A simple online tool allows customers to check the validity of their „Noriu“ cards anytime.
  5. VIP Card Features: We implemented the same features for VIP customers, who receive even greater discounts, ensuring a seamless experience for all levels of loyalty.
  6. E-commerce System: Our proprietary e-commerce system, known for its versatility, speed, and customization capabilities, was the project’s backbone. It allowed for a seamless integration of the discount card management system with the existing brand ecosystem.

 


 

Results

The new online system transformed how „Noriu“ cards are managed and used. Customers can now easily activate and manage their discount cards online, enhancing their experience and increasing engagement with the loyalty program. For AFG, this solution reduced the administrative workload and eliminated the inefficiencies of the previous offline system.

Overall, the project successfully met the needs of both the customers and AFG, providing a modern, user-friendly solution that supports the group's commitment to excellence in hospitality.
